Why We Transitioned to USDA Organic Certification
As long-standing members of the organic community, we remain committed to genuine organic standards. Due to rising costs and limited regulatory protection of the term “organic” in Australia, we chose not to renew our ACO certification as of 31 August 2024. Our products continue to be certified organic under the USDA NOP by Oregon Tilth (since 14 October 2001), ensuring we meet the highest international organic standards.

As long-time supporters of the organic movement, we’ve been concerned by the lack of regulation around the term “organic” in Australia. Rising certification costs and widespread misuse of the term led us to seek a more rigorous standard. We are now certified organic under the USDA NOP through Oregon Tilth (since 14 October 2001, NOP ID: 8150000196), ensuring we continue to uphold the highest global organic standards and deliver genuinely premium superfoods.
