Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups coconut yoghurt
- ½ cup soaked macadamia or cashew nuts (or other nuts of your choice)
- ¼ cup coconut water to blend, if needed
- 2-4 drops lemon myrtle essential oil
- 1 tbsp fermented brown rice syrup
- 5-10 drops Stevia
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder
Step 1
Blend ingredients together until smooth and creamy (adding coconut water if needed to assist with blending).
Step 2
Pour into silicon popsicle moulds and freeze until set.
