Ingredients

For the BlueMAJIK® Chia Pudding

  • 1/12 cups almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp BlueMAJIK® powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or dweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Vanilla Cashew Cream

  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 2-4 hours, then drained)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

For the Toppings

  • Fresh raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries
  • Mint leaves
  • Pumpkin seeds (optional)
  • A dusting of coconut flakes or powdered monk fruit sweetener

Instructions

Make the BlueMAJIK Chia Puddding

  1. In a mixing bowl or jar, whisk together almond milk, BlueMAJIK® powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add chia seeds and stir well to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and rfrigerate for at least 2-3 hours (or overnight) until it thickens into a pudding texture. Stir once after 30 minutes to distribute seeds evenly.

Prepare the Vanilla Cashew Cream

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut milk if needed for a smoother consistency.
  2. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Assemble & Serve
